My Experience · Paid video course in development
The Institute Trader Series
You have done the work. You understand the framework. You know what a structured process is supposed to look like. But there is a gap between learning it and running it live. This is where I close that gap.
I do not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence. Nothing on this page is personal or general financial advice. The series describes my own process and how I developed it.
The short answer
The Institute Trader Series is a paid video course I am developing for traders who have a foundational understanding of trading and now want to make it their own, like I have done for myself. It shows how I apply my process to a long/short methodology on NYSE equities, and the extra elements outside the educational platforms that have given me an edge. It is in development. Why I am building it
You have done the work. You understand the framework. You know what a structured process is supposed to look like.
But there is a gap between learning it and running it live.
That gap is where most of the real learning happens. It is also where most of the content stops. There is plenty explaining what trading courses offer. There is much less about what happens when you apply the process with real money, week after week.
This is where I close that gap.
Every trader is different
I believe every person trades differently as an individual. Two traders can be cut from the same educational cloth, and their outcomes can still be extremely different.
I have been a student of the trading community. I have worked through a lot of material, taking in all the information I can to get better incrementally over time. Some things have accelerated my trading. Others I have passed on.
I now have the knowledge and the pathways to bring out that extra percent of mental clarity you need to get over the hump.
The real problem is implementation
I have spoken to many retail traders and found the same thing. Implementation problems, and a lack of the mental clarity needed to be consistent.
The issue lies in creating their own systematic framework. Adopting a process they can truly call their own, one that keeps them accountable and consistent.
Randomness leads to random trades
Every moment in the market is unique. Understanding that, and the framework you use to put on risk, is a defining factor in your success.
What I am drafting
The Institute Trader Series is me applying my process to the long/short methodology on NYSE equities. A breakdown of the extra elements that have helped me outside of the educational platforms.
This is a tentative list of what I am drafting. Topics may change, merge or be added to as the series takes shape.
- The processHow a systematic process works as an independent traderRunning the whole process on your own, from idea to portfolio to review.Drafting
- Live applicationThe long/short methodology on NYSE equitiesHow I apply my process to real trades, and how the book fits together.Drafting
- My edgeThe extra elements outside the educationWhat I have added on top of the educational platforms, and why.Drafting
- Tools and AIThe tools I have createdThe tools I use in my process, and how you can build your own with the help of AI.Drafting
- WorkflowsTrading on a limited schedule from the other side of the planetThe workflows I use as a time-restricted trader in Australia trading US markets.Drafting
- Your processTying it all togetherHow the pieces connect, and how to build your own additional systematic process to define who you are as a trader.Drafting
Who it is for
- Traders with a foundational understanding of trading who want to take what they have learnt and make it their own.
- Traders with the foundation but not yet the routine, who know the theory but struggle to apply it consistently.
- Independent retail traders who want a structured, systematic approach to the market.
It is not a starting point. The series assumes you already have a foundation in how a professional trading process works.
If you do not have that foundation yet, the courses I completed myself are a good place to build it. My course reviews cover each one, and which course to take explains where to start.
How it will be taught
Let me run you through how a systematic process works as an independent trader.
I will show you the tools I have created, and how you can build your own now with the assistance of AI. I will demonstrate the workflows I use as a time-restricted trader on the other side of the planet, the ones that have helped me become a consistent trader. Then you can see how it all ties together, and whether you can implement your own additional systematic process to define who you are as a trader.
You brought the foundation. I will show you how I implemented additional elements into my trading, and the process it took to get there.
What it will not be
- Not signals. No trade calls to copy. It is a process, not a set of instructions.
- Not a replacement for your education. It builds on the foundation you already have.
- Not a promise of results. My broker-reported results are my own. They are self-published, unaudited, and not typical of what anyone else will achieve.
